Dr. Charlotte Pullins, ED.D has spent nearly 15 years as an elementary school teacher in various districts. She holds a Bachelor's in Education, a Master's in Leadership and Administration, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in K-12 Leadership. She co-founded a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization designed to educate underserved children.
Dr. Pullins also is the CEO and Founder of ELC Training and Consulting LLC. As well as a certified Diversity and Inclusion Specialist from Cornell University. She is the Director of Inclusion at a charter school in Arizona.
Dr. Pullins was selected to participate in the Leadership West program which empowers and equips leaders with regional awareness, access to influential networks, and refined leadership skills. This opportunity will allow her to take a more prominent role as a leader in her career and community.
Dr. Pullins is a two-time National Charter School Conference speaker where she has discussed teacher retention and recruitment. She also specializes in the recruitment of teachers of color. She is a board member of the YMCA, as well as a member of the City of Suprise Arts and Culture Commission.
